| Яхта выстроена в 1852 году как английский колесный пассажирский пароход COUNTESS OF ELLESMERE валовой вместимостью 315 брт, а в 1856 году куплена (с небольшой переделкой салона в яхту) для генерал-адмирала Константина Николаевича, но что-то его не устроило (вроде бы скорость оказалась сильно ниже чем считалось при покупке), и он заказал себе яхту СТРЕЛЬНА, а ОНЕГУ примерно в 1858 отдал в гвардейский экипаж, где она числислилась пароходом в составе Балтфлота. | |
