| 09 ноября 2003 два маломерных судна: СПП-02 и СПП-01, совершали переход в связке из Петропавловска в поселок Озерная вдоль западного побережья Камчатки. Из-за сильного волнения моря в пункте назначения, плашкоуты изменили курс и направились в Северо-Курильск. По неизвестной причине СПП-02 получило сильный крен (до 45°) и впоследствии затонуло. Девять человек экипажа были эвакуированы с судна. | |
