Грузовой теплоход. Заложен в 1933 (з-д им. 61 коммунара, Николаев), в 1936 законсервирован. На начало Великой Отечественной войны находился в недостроенном состоянии. С 27.07.1941 по 15.08.1941 числился в составе ЧФ в качестве транспорта. Потоплен 30.09.1941 германской авиацией, следуя на буксире у транспорта "Кубань" в Новороссийск с грузом зерна.
