Как Вы себе это представляете? - разгадка явно на другой невидимой стороне баржи... Можно предположить, что была произведена замена банки (лежит на палубе) и баржа зацеплена за вновь поставленную в ожидании перебуксировки... А на буй, судя по характеру струеобразования вокруг корпуса буя, баржу просто навалило...
