18 декабря 2007 года на переходе из Архангельска во Францию с грузом пиломатериалов был выброшен на камни у северного побережья полуострова Рыбачий во время шторма и получил пробоину. Экипаж не пострадал. Судно снять с мели не удалось.
Со временем теплоход был разрушен силами природы.
