25.10.2018, в 23 час. 00 мин., р. Волга, 1833 км, Сызранский мост. При заходе под мост сверху в условиях плохой видимости т/х «Омский-6» произвел навал на левый устой пролета № 7. Судно заходило в пролет № 7 для судов, идущих снизу вместо пролета № 5 для судов, идущих сверху.
