Это верхняя стенка ВЕРХНЕ-Свирского шлюза.
Подпорожье.
У НСШ роль верхней стенки выполняет эстакада аванкамеры ГЭС. Эстакада уже многие годы нерабочая, подходить к ней запрещено. А в НБ причальная эстакада построена относительно недавно и тоже расположена не по ходу движения ОТа на фото. Ну, и само место 100% узнаваемое...
